Hey Weirdos. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get this review written, and I have no excuse. I've been enjoying doing all of the nothing I've wanted to do during the school year. But I'm here now, so let's get to it :)
In my spare time, I've been working on honing my writing skills, including writing decent reviews for you guys. What I've realized is that, even with books I enjoy, I tend to only write what I didn't like, and very little about what I did like. I'm going to change that starting now. I hope this review makes you actually want to go buy the book!
*I may go back and edit some previous reviews.
how well Susan can write a suspenseful scene. Like, where did she get her talent? Can she rub a little onto me? Go ahead, lather it on.
She's an absolute role model of mine, and I hope someday to write a novel good enough that it can sit on store shelves next to hers. Or better yet, a book good enough that Susan will read and enjoy. :)
Speaking of my novel, I reached 13, 600 words yesterday and am super proud of myself. Now that school has ended, I have all summer to work on it. How awesome is that?
On another note, I joined NaNoWriMo recently, and am all kinds of hyped waiting for November to roll around so I can begin! Yip Yip!
That's all! You should totally look into Susan's work, she's amazing!
Please feel free to look around, and if you like what you see be sure to join the mailing list on the Contact page!
As always: Stay weird!
